I began painting as a young mum. I had the urge to make our house a home, but as a couple we couldn’t afford to buy art. So I began to paint everything I saw... the next door neighbour’s fishing nets leaning against a wall, a bright green chair amongst my house plants, my children (my favourite subject) and almost every still life I could imagine! I have, in recent years, returned to my love of painting and sculpting small pieces.
